Content of the JA1 course
I will learn to: - Control my balance off piste - Correctly use the off piste safety equipment - Get back up after a fall off piste - Do stem turns off piste - Keep my upper body facing down hill - Do vertical movements - Jump and do tricks in the snowpark

I have 5-6 weeks of Skiing or i have completed the yeti 3 course
I know how to:
- Perfect side slipping on blue and red slopes - Parallel stop - Skiing parallel on a red run - Use my poles to help me turn - Jump - Do easy tricks in the Snowpark - Be a responsable skier
