Content of the Yeti 1 course
I will learn to:
- Traverse the slope and stop with my skis parallel - Use my poles and keep my balance - Side slip - Perfect my stem turns - Take the chairlift - Ski safely in a group
1 Yeti course is for whom ?
I have 1-3 weeks of Skiing or i have completed the petit yeti course
I know how to:
- Put my skis on - Side step up the hill - Walk like a duck - Take my first draglift - Keep my skis parallel as i cross the slope - Do stem turns - Get back up after a fall - Be in control on the slopes
